Privacy notice
Last revised on September 1, 2026
This is a personal portfolio site. There is no sign-up, no cart and nothing for sale, so there is very little to store. Everything that does exist is described here in full.
Who is responsible for this site
Rodrigo Emílio, an individual, responsible for the content and for the processing described below. For any request related to this page, write to the address below. I reply within one business day.

A cookie is a short piece of text kept by your browser and sent back to the site on every visit. This site uses two, and neither of them is there to track you:
- Name
- re_consent
- Lifetime
- 6 months
- Basis
- Necessary
- What for
- Stores whether you accepted or declined measurement, so the notice does not come back on every page.

- What for
- Stores the language you picked, so the site root does not send you back to your browser's language on your next visit.
No advertising, social network or cross-site tracking cookies. Nothing is shared with third parties for marketing, and nothing is sold.
Visit measurement
With your permission, the site uses Vercel Web Analytics to count visits. It records the page viewed, the address you arrived from, the country and the kind of device. It tells me whether the English version is worth maintaining and whether people reach the contact section.
This measurement stores nothing on your device: no cookie, no local storage. Unique visitors are counted on the server, from a code scrambled out of your IP address and your browser, rotated daily and impossible to trace back to you.
Legally it could run without asking, precisely because it stores nothing. Permission is asked anyway: a notice that holds nothing back would be decoration. Until you answer, or if you decline, the script is never even downloaded.
What the server records regardless
Like every site, the server delivering these pages logs the request: IP address, browser, page requested and time. That is the technical minimum for the site to work and to contain abuse. Those logs are kept by Vercel, which hosts the site, and are not used to profile anyone.
Your rights
Brazil's LGPD (Law 13.709/2018, art. 18) grants you, among other rights:
- To know whether your data is being processed, and to access it.
- To correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data.
- To request deletion of data processed on the basis of your consent.
- To know who the data is shared with.
- To withdraw consent at any time, without that changing your access to the site.
Withdrawing consent to measurement is right below and takes effect immediately. For anything else, write to the email above.
